My role is to understand my clients' businesses and then determine the best strategies to drive their businesses using all of the real world, digital, marketing, and commerce tools available. I take an approach that encompasses all aspects of an organization, their executive vision, markets, customers, and products, and seek out opportunities to create programs that achieve business goals. I am a versatile, strategic digital and marketing professional with the ability to uncover customer and consumer insights into actionable marketing plans across all touchpoints, including social media, web, email, search, trade shows/events, social media, print, and direct. Global experience in multi-divisional organizations, adding critical value to programs that drive brand awareness and sales. As the product owner for our eCommerce platform and client initiatives, I set the product strategy and overall roadmap. This included managing teams (both internal and client), setting priorities for releases, and managing scope, budgets, and timelines throughout the product lifecycle, including working with clients on acquiring CapEx funding for projects. Having an understanding of all sides of the team (product, commerce, marketing, and technology) enabled me to be a driving force in the development efforts.
